Crispy Beef Tacos

Directions
- 1Add olive oil to a pan.
- 2Add 1 medium onion to the pan.
- 3Stir the onion.
- 4Add 2 lb ground beef to the pan.
- 5Break up the ground beef and stir with the onion until browned.
- 6Add 3 tbsp tomato paste to the cooked beef and stir.
- 7Add taco seasoning to the beef mixture and stir.
- 8Pour 1 cup of water into the pan and stir.
- 9Cook until the water has reduced and the meat is flavorful.
- 10Add olive oil to a separate pan.
- 11Place flour tortillas in the pan.
- 12Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on one half of each tortilla.
- 13Add a spoonful of the cooked ground beef mixture over the cheese.
- 14Fold one side of the tortilla over to create a taco.
- 15Cook the tacos on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
- 16In a bowl, combine 1 cup sour cream, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice.
- 17Mix well until a creamy sauce forms.
- 18Serve the crispy beef tacos with pico de gallo and the creamy sauce.
