Tips
This recipe helps with reducing inflammation, expelling mucus, boosting liver health, improving digestion, reducing bloat and nausea, alleviating acid reflux, reducing joint pain, and soothing coughs and sore throats.
If you have less than a cup of honey, you can halve the recipe, using half a teaspoon of each spice.
The fire honey can be stored on your countertop and does not need to be refrigerated.
You can use it immediately without waiting several weeks, unlike fire cider.
It can be consumed by the spoonful or mixed into hot water.
If you are sensitive or allergic to any ingredients, do not use them.
