Two-Ingredient Brownies

Directions

  1. 1Melt two cups of chocolate with one tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave, heating at 30-second intervals until melted.
  2. 2Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl.
  3. 3Add one cup of applesauce to the melted chocolate.
  4. 4Mix the chocolate and applesauce until thick and consistent with brownie batter.
  5. 5Line a pan with parchment paper.
  6. 6Pour the brownie mixture into the lined pan.
  7. 7Bake in the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. 8Let the brownies cool down.
  9. 9Melt some more chocolate for drizzling.
  10. 10Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the cooled brownies.
  11. 11Put the brownies in the fridge for about 15 minutes, or ideally overnight.
