Melt two cups of chocolate with one tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave, heating at 30-second intervals until melted.

Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl.

Add one cup of applesauce to the melted chocolate.

Mix the chocolate and applesauce until thick and consistent with brownie batter.

Line a pan with parchment paper.

Pour the brownie mixture into the lined pan.

Bake in the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes.

Let the brownies cool down.

Melt some more chocolate for drizzling.

Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the cooled brownies.

Put the brownies in the fridge for about 15 minutes, or ideally overnight.
