Directions
1
Start by slicing some steak into thin strips.
2
Tenderize the steak in a baking soda cold water solution.
3
Rinse off the steak completely and marinate with soy sauce, white pepper, salt, cornstarch, and avocado oil.
4
For the yakisoba sauce, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and some spices.
5
Slice up the cabbage, white onion, green onion, carrots, and mushrooms.
6
Add a good amount of oil to a large pan and fry up the beef.
7
Set the beef aside.
8
Go in with the mushrooms and stir-fry until they take on some color.
9
Do the same with the chopped-up veggies.
10
Boil and drain your noodles.
11
Fry the noodles up with a good amount of oil, leaving them undisturbed for about a minute or so so that they actually fry up on the bottom.
12
Add everything back to the pan along with the yakisoba sauce, sesame oil, and some browning sauce for a little extra color.
13
Finish it off with sesame seeds, kewpie mayo, and chopped-up seaweed.
