Directions

  1. 1Make a super simple sausage seasoning by adding baking soda to a jar along with the rest of the spices.
  2. 2Grab your sheet pan, add diced red and green bell peppers.
  3. 3Bake the bell peppers in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Add 32 oz of 96% ground chicken (or beef/turkey) to a wooden bowl.
  5. 5Add 50g (4 tablespoons) of the sausage seasoning and 15g of olive oil to the meat.
  6. 6Give the meat and seasoning a mix.
  7. 7Let the seasoned meat sit for at least 15 minutes.
  8. 8Cook the seasoned ground chicken in a hot pan until it is fully browned.
  9. 9Add the cooked chicken sausage on top of the roasted peppers on the sheet pan.
  10. 10Give the chicken sausage and peppers a mix on the sheet pan.
  11. 11Pour over the blended egg mixture onto the sausage and peppers.
  12. 12Bake the sheet pan at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes.

Tips
