Score the fat cap of the pork shoulder.

Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the pork shoulder.

Season all sides of the pork shoulder heavily with all-purpose rub, patting it in.

Place the pork shoulder on the smoker preheated to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the top of the pumpkin.

Scoop out the seeds and guts from the pumpkin.

Once the pork shoulder reaches an internal temperature of about 160-170 degrees Fahrenheit, place it inside the hollowed-out pumpkin.

Add apple cider, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the pumpkin with the pork.

Place the top back on the pumpkin.

Return the whole pumpkin to the smoker and continue cooking until the pork is tender.

Remove the bone from the pork.

Shred the meat and mix it with the juices inside the pumpkin.
