Directions
- 1Add one block of softened cream cheese to a bowl.
- 2Add a half cup of mayonnaise to the bowl.
- 3Add one cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese to the bowl.
- 4Mix the ingredients together.
- 5Chop in some green onions.
- 6Mix the green onions into the mixture.
- 7Place four thin sliced chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- 8Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- 9Spread the cheese mixture over the top of the chicken.
- 10Top with some cooked and crumbled bacon.
- 11Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, uncovered, for about 30 to 40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and everything is nice and bubbly.
