Brown Butter Pumpkin Blondies
Directions
- 1Brown the unsalted butter in a pan.
- 2Pour the browned butter into a mixing bowl.
- 3Add brown sugar to the bowl and whisk until combined.
- 4Crack an egg into the mixture.
- 5Add vanilla to the mixture.
- 6Add pumpkin puree to the mixture.
- 7Whisk all wet ingredients until well combined.
- 8Add all purpose flour to the mixture.
- 9Add salt, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and ground cinnamon to the mixture.
- 10Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- 11Add white chocolate chips to the batter.
- 12Fold the white chocolate chips into the batter with a spatula.
- 13Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 14Sprinkle extra white chips on top of the batter.
- 15Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes.
- 16Cut the blondies into squares after baking.
