1Boil broccoli florets in salted water for 6-6.5 minutes (smaller florets for 1 minute less).
2Transfer broccoli to an ice bath to stop cooking, then pat dry.
3Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add a thin layer of shredded parmesan cheese, place broccoli on top, and smash each floret using a glass jar or cup.
4Mix avocado oil, oregano, Chile lime seasoning, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
5Brush the mixture over the smashed broccoli.
6Roast at 425°F for 25-30 minutes.
7Serve with creamy sriracha sauce (mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and optional honey).
