Tips

  • Get your ice pop moulds ready and put them on a tray-this way they are easier to put in and take out of the freezer.
  • Work quickly and dip the ice pops in the chocolate to coat, as the chocolate cools it becomes trickier.
  • If not eating straight away place in a food safe bag, put them in the freezer they will keep for 3 months.
