Directions

  1. 1Mezclar la leche, el almidón de maíz, la harina, el azúcar y la yema en una olla.
  2. 2Llevar a fuego y cocinar revolviendo constantemente hasta que espese.
  3. 3Retirar del fuego e incorporar la crema de leche, la manteca y el chocolate blanco cobertura, mezclando hasta integrar bien.
  4. 4Servir en recipientes individuales y refrigerar.

  • 60 g almidón de maíz
  • 20 g harina 0000
  • 125 g azúcar
  • 1 u yema
  • 100 ml crema de leche
  • 25 g manteca
  • 90 g chocolate blanco cobertura
