Smoky Black Bean Bowl

Directions
- 1Fry diced red onion in olive oil for 5 minutes.
- 2Add sliced peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- 3Add in the minced garlic and chipotle paste and cook out for a minute.
- 4Pour in your beans and stock and pinch of sugar.
- 5Let this simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- 6Finish with lime juice.
- 7Serve in a bowl with all your toppings and enjoy!!

- 150 ml stock
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 lime

- Fried eggs
