Directions
- 1Drain and rinse three cans of chickpeas.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, add chickpeas and mash until most are smashed, leaving some chunks.
- 3Add in all other ingredients and mix well.
- 4Serve with crackers or load onto a sandwich.
