Crockpot Chili
Directions
- 1Brown and drain 3 pounds of 80/20 ground beef in a skillet.
- 2Add 1 pound of breakfast sausage and 6 ounces of tomato paste to the drained ground beef.
- 3Cook the sausage and tomato paste mixture with the ground beef until the sausage is fully cooked, but do not drain.
- 4Transfer all the cooked meat mixture into a 10-quart crockpot.
- 5Add 1 large chopped onion to the crockpot.
- 6Add 2 large fresh chopped jalape os to the crockpot.
- 7Add 4 ounces of Hatch green chilies to the crockpot.
- 8Add 2 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic to the crockpot.
- 9Add 44 ounces of diced tomatoes to the crockpot.
- 10Add 44 ounces of tomato sauce to the crockpot.
- 11Add 3 ounces of Williams Original Chili Seasoning to the crockpot.
- 12Add 3 15.5-ounce cans of Bush's Best Chili Magic Campfire Style beans to the crockpot.
- 13Stir all ingredients together really well in the crockpot.
- 14Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
- 15Serve and add a splash of Zippy-Zap Premium Pepper Sauce if desired.

Tips
