Sweet Potato Taco Bowl

Directions
- 1Dice up 6 tomatoes.
- 2Dice up 3 jalape os.
- 3Dice up 1 purple onion.
- 4Chop some cilantro.
- 5Add the diced tomatoes, jalape os, purple onion, and cilantro to a bowl.
- 6Add lime juice to the bowl.
- 7Add salt to the bowl.
- 8Mix all the pico de gallo ingredients together.
- 9Peel 2 sweet potatoes.
- 10Dice the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 11Place the diced sweet potatoes into a bowl.
- 12Drizzle avocado oil over the sweet potatoes.
- 13Season the sweet potatoes with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 14Toss the sweet potatoes to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
- 15Air fry the sweet potatoes for 20 minutes.
- 16Add 2 pounds of ground turkey to a pan.
- 17Break apart the ground turkey with a spatula.
- 18Season the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and all-purpose seasoning.
- 19Add a tomato bouillon cube to the ground turkey.
- 20Pour water into the pan with the ground turkey.
- 21Let the ground turkey simmer for about 10 to 20 minutes.
- 22Add black beans to a pot.
- 23Season the black beans with cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- 24Stir the black beans and seasonings together.
- 25For the sauce, put plain Greek yogurt in a bowl.
- 26Add Taco Bell mild sauce to the Greek yogurt.
- 27Drizzle a little honey into the sauce mixture.
- 28Mix the sauce ingredients until well combined.
- 29For the guacamole, mash an avocado in a bowl.
- 30Add some pico de gallo to the mashed avocado.
- 31Add salt and lime juice to the guacamole.
- 32Mix the guacamole ingredients.
- 33Roughly chop some Romaine lettuce.
- 34Assemble the taco bowl by layering sweet potatoes, ground turkey, shredded cheese, black beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and the prepared sauce.
