1In a bowl, combine thinly sliced pork chops with mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Make sure every piece is seasoned.
2Set aside. Preheat your air fryer.
3In a bowl, mix Duke's Brown Sugar Bourbon Mustard, Duke's Mayonnaise, honey, salt, pepper, and Aleppo pepper.
4Add a splash of water and mix until smooth.
5Place the seasoned pork chops in the preheated air fryer.
6Spoon some of the honey mustard mixture over the chops.
7Brush the mixture onto the chops.
8Cook at 370 for about four minutes per side, flipping halfway through and basting with more honey mustard.
