Directions

  1. 1Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. 2Whisk the blended cottage cheese with egg yolks.
  3. 3Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
  4. 4Gently fold the egg yolk and cottage cheese mixture into the whipped egg whites.
  5. 5Spoon the mixture into thick little cloud rounds on a baking sheet.
  6. 6Bake the cloud rounds until golden.
