Orange Cake

Directions
- 1Cut the orange into pieces and place them in a bowl.
- 2Crack 3 eggs into the bowl with the oranges.
- 3Add 1 cup of sugar to the bowl.
- 4Blend the oranges, eggs, and sugar with an immersion blender until smooth.
- 5Sift 2 cups of flour, 1 vanilla, and 1 baking powder into the mixture.
- 6Whisk until all ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth.
- 7Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
- 8Drizzle 0.5 cups of olive oil over the top of the batter.
- 9Place the loaf pan in the oven to bake.
- 10Remove the baked orange cake from the oven.
- 11Squeeze some fresh orange juice over the hot cake.
- 12Slice the orange cake and serve.
