Directions

  1. 1Pour a generous amount of olive oil into a cast iron skillet and set aside.
  2. 2Lay out some flour on a cutting board or counter.
  3. 3Place the pizza dough on the floured surface and work it into a circle.

  5. 5Place the pizza dough into the oiled cast iron skillet, pressing it flat, but leaving some edges.
  6. 6Season the pizza crust with Dan-O's Cheesening and buttery herb seasoning.
  7. 7Spread marinara pasta sauce over the dough.
  8. 8Sprinkle 'Get a Pizza This' seasoning on top of the sauce.
  9. 9Add about three-quarters of the cooked Italian sausage onto the pizza.
  10. 10Grate fresh mozzarella over the sausage.
  11. 11Place pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  12. 12Add the remaining Italian sausage on top of the pepperoni.
  13. 13Top with banana peppers.
