Directions
- 1Zest lemons and mix gently with sugar.
- 2Melt butter and white chocolate in the microwave.
- 3Add the sugar and zest to the melted mixture, and whisk.
- 4Add eggs and vanilla and whisk.
- 5Add lemon juice and mix.
- 6Add the flour, salt and baking powder, and fold gently.
- 7Pour batter into a 9x9 inch pan.
- 8Bake at 350 for 27-30 minutes.
- 9Make the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest.
- 10Spread the glaze on the baked brownies.
- 11Grate some extra lemon zest on top.
