Directions

  1. 1Add softened butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar to a bowl and cream these together.
  2. 2Add milk and vanilla and mix these in.
  3. 3Add heat treated flour and salt and mix to form a dough.
  4. 4Add chocolate chips and fold these in.
  5. 5Scoop into a bowl and store in the fridge.

  • 115 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g light brown sugar
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla
  • 150 g plain flour, heat treated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g chocolate chips
