Directions

  1. 1Whisk together melted butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar until fully combined.
  2. 2Add one egg and vanilla and whisk these in.
  3. 3Add plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and fold these in.
  4. 4Fold in your chocolate chips.
  5. 5Scoop out about a tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball.
  6. 6Place on a cookie sheet.
  7. 7Bake in the oven for around 5 minutes.
  8. 8Let them cool slightly.
