Place chicken breasts on a plate and season with garlic powder, paprika, and chilli sauce.

Add oil to the pan and place the seasoned chicken breasts in it to get some color.

Dice half an onion or a shallot.

Take sundried tomatoes out of a jar and roughly chop them.

Chop spinach (or basil if available).

Remove the chicken from the pan once browned.

Move the pan to a lower heat.

Add diced onion to the pan.

Add fresh garlic to the pan.

Add red pepper flakes to the pan.

Cook the onions, garlic, and red pepper flakes for about 2 minutes.

Add sundried tomatoes and a stray piece of onion to the pan.

Boil water in a saucepan with a good pinch of salt.

Add pasta to the boiling water.

Add chicken stock to the pan and scrape the flavor from the bottom.

Add cream to the pan.

Add thyme and oregano to the pan.

Grate plenty of Parmesan cheese into the pan.

Add more smoked paprika to the pan.

Nestle the cooked chicken breasts back into the sauce.

Check the chicken temperature with a thermometer.

Add pasta water to the sauce.

Squeeze lemon juice into the sauce to freshen it up.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.

Mix the pasta with the sauce to get it lovely and coated.

Place the pan back on the heat for 5 minutes.

Slice the chicken breast against the grain.

Plate up the pasta and chicken.

Drizzle more sauce over the plated dish.

Sprinkle a few red pepper flakes on top.

Grate more Parmesan cheese over the dish.
