Add 1.5 cups of warm water, 2 and a quarter teaspoons of active dry yeast, and 3 and a quarter cups of all-purpose flour to a bowl.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, Clubhouse Parmesan and herbs seasoning, and a generous amount of various cheeses (pizza mozzarella, provolone, gouda, Parmesan, and triple cheddar) to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together with your hands until it forms a shaggy dough ball; no kneading is required.
Grease a bowl and transfer the dough into it.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for about 1 hour.
After 1 hour, divide the dough into two halves.
Roll one half of the dough into a rectangle shape, folding in the sides, and place it into a greased regular-sized bread pan.
Repeat the rolling and placing process for the second half of the dough.
Cover the bread pans and let the dough rise for a second rest for about 45 minutes, ideally until they rise slightly over the pan.
Bake the bread in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Immediately after removing from the oven, brush the baked bread with butter.
Let the bread sit for about 15 minutes (ideally on a wired rack, but can be left as is if you are in a hurry).
Cut the bread and use it to make grilled cheese sandwiches or enjoy smothered in butter.
