Directions
- 1Start by making brown butter. Cook the butter over low heat until it turns golden brown.
- 2Add the brown butter to a bowl with ¾ cup of cocoa.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs with 1 ¾ cups of light brown sugar and whisk until fluffy.
- 4Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
- 5Add ¾ cup of flour, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to the mixture, then mix.
- 6Add ½ cup of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate to the brownie batter.
- 7Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
