Directions
1
Add 3 kilograms of ketchup into a large pot.
2
Add a beef steak weighing approximately 500 grams and dip it in the ketchup, making sure it is completely covered.
3
Cover the pot and take it to a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
4
Let it bake for 30 minutes, keeping an eye out as this time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
5
After this time has passed, remove the meat from the ketchup.
6
Season it with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and a pinch of chimichurri.
7
Flip the beef steak and repeat the same seasoning on the other side.
8
In a large skillet over medium-to-low heat, add two tablespoons of unsalted butter, two peeled garlic cloves, and one sprig of rosemary.
9
Stir until the butter is completely melted.
10
Add the beef steak we prepared and fry it until both sides are golden brown.
11
Serve and enjoy it.
