Directions

  2. 2In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, seasoning, salt, baking powder, and milk.
  3. 3Add the enoki mushrooms to the flour mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
  4. 4Fry the enoki mushrooms in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. 5Serve the fried enoki mushrooms with purple sweet potato fries, garlic dip, and sweet chili dip.

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 package Enoki Mushrooms
  • 1 Purple sweet potatoes
  • 1 Garlic dip
  • 1 Sweet chili dip
