Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2Add one stick of butter and one cup of sugar to the bowl.
  3. 3Add half a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.
  4. 4Mix the spices with the butter and sugar.
  5. 5Add pumpkin puree to the mixture and whisk it.
  6. 6Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  7. 7Whisk the mixture until combined.
  8. 8Add flour to the mixture.
  9. 9Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.
  10. 10Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. 11Bake the cookies.
