Jumbo Thin and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350F convection.
  2. 2Add melted butter, light brown sugar, and white sugar to a bowl and mix until combined.
  3. 3Add vanilla extract, a dash of fine table salt, and baking soda to the mixture and stir well.
  4. 4Add all-purpose flour and milk to the mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. 5Stir in the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. 6Make one big scoop of dough and place it on the center of a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  7. 7Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes or until it has spread out and has a deep golden-brown color.
  8. 8Allow the cookie to cool on the pan for 10 minutes then use a spatula to carefully move the cookie to a wire rack to cool completely.
