Mix all ingredients together.
Add the mixture to a lined baking tray and press down firmly with your hands so it’s compact.
Bake at 375 F for 15-25min.
Let cool (it will become more crunchy during this time so don’t over-bake).
Cut into bar shapes and dip in melted chocolate if desired.
Refrigerate for 5min and enjoy.
