Grind garlic and green chillis.

Mix buttermilk and gram flour.

Boil spinach, split bengal gram, peanuts, salt, and water in a cooker for 2 whistles. Mash well.

In a pan or kadai, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, asofoetida, turmeric powder, and dry red chilli. Saute well.

Add the ground chilli garlic mixture and saute well.

Add the mashed spinach mixture and buttermilk mixture.

Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Add a piece of jaggery to maintain the taste.

8 -10 Garlic Cloves
2 -3 Green Chilli
1 Cup Butter Milk
1 Tbsp Gram Flour
1 Bunch Chopped Fresh Spinach
1 Handful Soaked Split Bengal Gram
1 Handful Soaked Peanuts
1 To Taste Salt
1 Cup Water
2 Tsp Ghee
0.5 Tsp Cumin Seeds
0.5 Tsp Asofoetida & Turmeric Powder
1 Dry Red Chilli
1 Piece Jaggery
