Directions

  1. 1Derretir el chocolate negro en el microondas a intervalos de 30 segundos.
  2. 2En un bol, mezclar el queso crema light, el huevo y el chocolate derretido hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y cremosa.
  3. 3Repartir la mezcla en moldes pequeños forrados con papel de horno y alisarla bien.
  4. 4Llevar los moldes a la cesta de la freidora de aire.
  5. 5Cocinar a 200°C durante 8 minutos.
  6. 6Sacar, dejar enfriar completamente, desmoldar y servir.
