Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 220C/430F. Place oven tray inside to get hot.
- 2Combine honey, hot sauce, and chilli flakes in a bowl; warm in the microwave (10-20 seconds). Stir and let cool.
- 3Spread pizza sauce on flatbreads. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, jalapeños, and olives.
- 4Bake pizzas on the hot tray for 8-10 minutes, until edges are lightly charred and the top is golden and bubbly.
- 5Drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!
