Directions

  1. 1Caramellare lo zucchero in una padella.
  2. 2Aggiungere metà dell'acqua e mescolare.
  3. 3In una ciotola, mescolare l'amido di mais con la restante acqua.
  4. 4Aggiungere la miscela di amido all'acqua caramellata.
  5. 5Mescolare continuamente a fuoco basso fino a quando non si addensa e si stacca dalla padella.

  • 2 bicchieri amido di mais
  • 5 bicchieri acqua a temperatura ambiente
