Boil the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes.

While the pasta is boiling, boil the vegetables (tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion) for about 10 minutes.

Add some salt to the pasta.

Once the spaghetti is done, drain it.

Add the boiled vegetables, garlic cloves, chicken bouillon, tomato bouillon, cream cheese, sour cream, and water to the blender.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Add the drained pasta to a pan.

Pour the blended sauce over the spaghetti in the pan.

Mix the sauce and spaghetti together.

Serve the Mexican spaghetti on a plate.

Garnish with Chihuahua cheese and cilantro.
