Mexican spaghetti

Directions

  1. 1Boil the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. 2While the pasta is boiling, boil the vegetables (tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion) for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3Add some salt to the pasta.
  4. 4Once the spaghetti is done, drain it.
  5. 5Add the boiled vegetables, garlic cloves, chicken bouillon, tomato bouillon, cream cheese, sour cream, and water to the blender.
  6. 6Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  7. 7Add the drained pasta to a pan.
  8. 8Pour the blended sauce over the spaghetti in the pan.
  9. 9Mix the sauce and spaghetti together.
  10. 10Serve the Mexican spaghetti on a plate.
  11. 11Garnish with Chihuahua cheese and cilantro.

  • 5 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 0.25 onion
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon tomato bouillon
  • 0.5 cup water
  • salt
  • Chihuahua cheese
  • cilantro
