Spray your pan.

Put almost a whole bag of mini marshmallows in the pan, enough to have a good layer on the bottom.

Stir up a yellow cake mix in a bowl according to the package instructions, using half a cup of oil, a cup of water, and three eggs.

Pour the cake mix directly over the marshmallows and spread it out evenly without stirring.

Add mostly frozen sliced strawberries on top of the cake mix.

Take dry strawberry jello mix and put it all over the top of the cake, making sure no part is uncovered. Use a 3 oz package of jello.

Slowly pour 2/3 cup of water over the jello mix to get it all wet, without stirring.

Put it in a 350° oven for about an hour, checking for doneness around 45 minutes.

Serve with Cool Whip on top.

0.66 cup water

Tips
Use a 3 oz package of strawberry jello mix instead of the family size.
Pour water slowly over the jello mix to wet it evenly.
Do not stir the cake mix once it's over the marshmallows, just spread it out.
Do not stir the water over the jello mix.
