Torta salata di Zucchine
Directions
- 1Slice zucchini into rounds.
- 2Sauté onion in olive oil.
- 3Add the zucchini and salt and cook.
- 4Whisk eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and salt in a bowl.
- 5Add the zucchini and mozzarella cheese.
- 6Place the puff pastry in a pie dish.
- 7Add the zucchini mixture.
- 8Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- 9Fold the edges and brush with egg yolk or milk.
- 10Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes.
