Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Apples

Directions

  1. 1Season bone-in pork chops with seasoning salt.
  2. 2Sear the pork chops in a little butter over medium-high heat for about a minute per side.
  3. 3Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker and add a few cubes of butter.
  4. 4Place the seared pork chops on top of the broth and butter in the slow cooker.
  5. 5Spoon the whole can of apple pie filling on top of the pork chops.
  6. 6In a bowl, combine the stovetop stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter.
  7. 7Spread the stuffing mixture on top of the apple pie filling.
  8. 8Cover and cook on low.
