Swamp Dogs

Directions
- 1Score the hot dogs and place them in a resealable plastic bag.
- 2Chop the onions and add them to the bag.
- 3Add the Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning to the bag.
- 4Close the bag and massage the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1-2 days.
- 5Add the marinated hot dogs to a hot cast-iron skillet or griddle to char them.
- 6Add the onions from the marinade to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- 7Add ketchup and mustard to the pan if desired, and stir to combine with the onions.
- 8Serve the hot dogs topped with the onion mixture.
