Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese spread, chopped jalapeños, and chopped green onions in a bowl.
Cook the bacon in the microwave between paper towels until crispy.
Crumble the crispy bacon into the cream cheese mixture, then add seasoned pepper, paprika, salt, and shredded cheese. Stir to combine.
In a separate large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped white onion, parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, a splash of milk, eggs, steak sauce, and various seasonings (steak seasoning, basil, pepper, garlic and pepper, italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and brown sugar).
Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the meat mixture and flatten each into a patty.
Place a spoonful of the jalapeño popper filling in the center of the patty and fold the meat around it to form a stuffed meatball.
Brown the meatballs in a pan.
Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking dish and bake in the oven at 350 degrees.
