Directions

  1. 1Add sliced button mushrooms to a baking dish.
  2. 2Add sliced onion to the dish.
  3. 3Add thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. 5Add the remaining sliced button mushrooms.
  6. 6Add cream cheese and drizzle with olive oil over a garlic bulb.
  7. 7Bake.
  8. 8Squeeze roasted garlic out of the bulb.
  9. 9Add spinach.
  10. 10Add cooked pasta.
  11. 11Mix everything.
