Directions
- 1Take 6-ounce portions of cod and slice them in half.

- 4Add fish fry mix to the bowl with flour.
- 5Add Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, and Nature's Seasoning to the bowl.
- 6Mix the dry ingredients well.
- 7Pour your favorite beer into the dry mixture and mix until a batter forms.
- 8Squeeze mayonnaise into a measuring cup.
- 9Add sour cream to the mayonnaise.
- 10Add sweet relish and lemon juice to the mixture.
- 11Chop fresh dill.
- 12Add the chopped fresh dill to the mixture.
- 13Mix the ingredients to create the tartar sauce.
- 14Slice the tomatoes and lettuce.
- 15Dip the seasoned fish fillets straight into the beer batter.
- 16Place the battered fish into a deep fryer until golden brown.
- 17Remove the fried fish from the fryer and place on a cooling rack.
- 18Spread tartar sauce on the toasted slider buns.
- 19Add lettuce and tomato on top of the sauce.
- 20Place a fried fish fillet on top of the vegetables.
- 21Add a slice of cheese on top of the hot fish.
- 22Spread more tartar sauce on the top bun.
- 23Place the top bun on the slider.
