Strawberry Shortcake Rolls

Directions
- 1In a bowl, combine 4 eggs, 2/3 cup of sugar, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, a little bit of salt, 2 tbsp of milk, 3 tbsp of oil, a cap full of vanilla, and some apple cider vinegar, then swirl.
- 2Add 1 cup of cake flour and swirl until combined.
- 3Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 4Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 5Pour the cake batter onto the prepared baking sheet and smooth it out.
- 6Cover the warm cake with more parchment paper.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 8While the cake is still warm, carefully roll it up.
- 9For the strawberry jelly, combine 1 pound of diced strawberries, lemon juice, and a little bit of sugar.
- 10For the whipped cream, combine powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and a little bit of vanilla, then swirl.
- 11Unroll the cake, spread strawberry sauce, then whipped cream.
- 12Roll the cake back up.
