Best Pumpkin Spice Cookies
Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix together 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- 2In another bowl, cream together 8 tbsp of butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- 3Add 1/4 cup pumpkin puree to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
- 4Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- 5Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips.
- 6Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7Bake at 400F for 13-16 minutes.
