1To a pound of ground chicken, add one egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic and ginger, salt, black pepper, green onions, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes.
2Mix the ingredients until well combined.
3Using an ice cream scooper, sear off your chicken meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side on medium-high heat.
4Finish cooking the meatballs in the oven until fully cooked.
5For the honey garlic sauce, add butter to the pan.
6Add garlic and ginger to the butter.
7Add optional chili flakes.
8Add honey.
9Add soy sauce.
10Add a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.
11Stir the sauce until it thickens.
12Add back the meatball to the sauce.
13Let the meatballs simmer on low for 5-6 minutes or until fully coated.
