Directions
- 1Make condensed milk by adding powdered milk and water to a bowl.
- 2Add sugar to taste and mix well.
- 3Pour mixture into a pot and cook over the stove.
- 4Stir continuously until mixture thickens.
- 5Pour condensed milk into a bowl and set aside.
- 6Pour sweetened whip cream into a bowl.
- 7Use a hand mixer to whip the cream.
- 8Add condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix well.
- 9Divide the ice cream mixture into two equal bowls.
- 10Add milk essence to one bowl and vanilla flavor to the other bowl.
- 11Mix well and then transfer the ice cream mixtures to ice cream containers.
- 12Put the ice cream into the freezer for 6 hours.
