Directions

  1. 1Cut a slice from the middle of the lemon to use for decoration.
  2. 2Dissolve one and a half small spoons of sugar in some water.
  3. 3Put three sprigs of fresh mint in the glass.
  4. 4Press the mint with a wooden spoon to release the aromas.
  5. 5Squeeze the lemon.
  6. 6Add the water you dissolved the sugar in.
  7. 7Add ice.
  8. 8Fill the rest of the cup with soda or sparkling water.
  9. 9Add syrup or mint syrup to make it green.

  • 1 big green lemon
  • 1.5 small spoons sugar
  • some water
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint
  • ice
  • soda or sparkling water
  • mint syrup
