Chili

Directions

  1. 1Brown and drain 3 pounds of 80/20 ground beef in a large pot.
  2. 2Add 1 pound of spicy breakfast sausage to the drained ground beef and cook it through without draining.
  3. 3While the sausage is cooking, add 6 ounces of tomato paste to the pot.
  4. 4Once the sausage is cooked, add one large chopped onion to the pot.
  5. 5Add two large fresh chopped jalapeños.
  6. 6Add 4 ounces of Hatch green chilies.
  7. 7Add 2 tablespoons of freshly spooned garlic.
  8. 8Add 3 ounces of William's Original Chili Seasoning.
  9. 9Add 44 ounces of diced tomatoes.
  10. 10Add 44 ounces of tomato sauce.
  11. 11Stir all ingredients together really well and bring to a simmer with the lid on for one hour.
  12. 12After an hour, add three 15 1/2 ounce cans of Bush's Best Chili Magic Campfire style.
  13. 13Stir the beans in really well, put the lid on, and bring back to a simmer for 30 more minutes.
  14. 14Serve the chili and add a splash of Zippy-Zap Premium Pepper Sauce for extra spice.
