Smothered Pork Steaks & Cabbage

Directions

  1. 1Go into a hot skillet with seasoned pork steak and sear for about two minutes on each side.
  2. 2When the pork steaks are seared, remove them from the pan.
  3. 3Slice a small cabbage and layer it on the bottom of the skillet.
  4. 4Add a few sprinkles of wash your sister sauce and a little bit of seasoning to the cabbage.
  5. 5Place your pork steaks back in on top of your cabbage.
  6. 6Layer sliced russet potatoes on top of the pork steaks.
  7. 7In a mixing bowl, combine one packet of Lipton soup mix and beef stew mix with two cups of beef broth and mix well.
  8. 8Pour the mixture over everything in the skillet.
  9. 9Cover with foil or a lid.
  10. 10Place the skillet into a 3500F oven for an hour and a half.
