Add some water in a pot. As soon as it comes to a boil, drop your spinach.

Cook the spinach for one minute until it wilts.

Grab a strainer, drain the spinach, and run some cold water on it to stop the cooking process and to take it down in the tin.

Put the spinach on a chopping board and cut it into pieces.

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter to the same pot or a new one and melt it down.

Add some onions and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add three minced cloves of garlic to the onions and butter.

Take about 4 oz of cream cheese, cut it up in pieces, and add it to the pot.

Add some whole milk to stretch out the dish.

10 oz spinach
2 tbsp butter
0.5 medium onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
0.5 cup milk
0.5 block cream cheese (room temp)
2 tsp salt and pepper
1 pinch nutmeg

Tips
Run cold water on spinach to stop the cooking process and to take it down in the tin.
You can use heavy cream instead of whole milk to stretch the dish out.
Use 2-3 tablespoons of butter.
Cook onions for about 2 minutes.
